Serena Williams captured her third grand slam title of the year by defeating Garbine Muguruza 6-4, 6-4 in the women’s Wimbledon final on Saturday. Among the many Serena admirers is none other than Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling, who live tweeted the match and sent love and kind words to the champion.
I’m #TeamSerena today, because you don’t meet many super-talented people nicer than she is. Go @serenawilliams! pic.twitter.com/KHDYNCt6Ls

While Rowling has nothing but respect for Serena, one of the author’s Twitter followers clearly does not, and responded to a congratulatory post like this:
@jk_rowling @hansmollman ironic then that main reason for her success is that she is built like a man

So Rowling did this:
.@diegtristan8 “she is built like a man”. Yeah, my husband looks just like this in a dress. You’re an idiot. pic.twitter.com/BCvT10MYkI

You’re amazing, J.K.!
And congrats, Serena! We think you’re both beautiful and strong.
