About Alessandro
Hi, my name is Alessandro. In high school I played no. 1 singles all for years for the tennis team and was team captain my last two. I was South Jersey Player of the Year for 1996-1997 and was featured in the Courier Post (South Jersey edition) as well as being featured in the Philadelphia Inquirer titled “How to Serve.” I placed 10th place in the National Tournament boys 18 and under in Muncie, IN, Summer 1997 as an unseeded player. I played no. 3 singles at Rutgers University as a freshman. I also played in prizemoneytennis.org satellite circuit with teammate Paul Campo in South Florida, which is a training circuit for professionals or semi-professionals. My teaching experience includes working as the assistant pro at the Cherry Hill Racquet Club, assistant pro at the Medford Country Club and hitting partner at the Cape May Tennis Club. I was also a teaching pro for Jordan McDonald Tennis, Spring 2012 in Lakeland, FL. I have extensive knowledge of the game including different tactics for different surfaces, baseline play, serve-and-volley, drop shots, lobs and many more skills to make a complete game. I also have a knowledge of the anatomy of muscle building, strength training, running drills, etc.
