About Asa
Hi, my name is Asa. I have been playing tennis for the past 30 years and would like to share my passion for the game. I recently became a certified instructor for 10 and Under Tennis. I have worked with High School, adult, and junior players. I have an upbeat personality and I try to make learning the game fun while building on fundamentals of the game.

Teaching Style
I like to emphasize footwork in my lessons. Having good footwork and fitness allows the player to be in the best position to make a good shot. Proper form and technique are essential, but everyone has a different style of play. You have to be able to adapt your teaching style to the individual. Stroke development and refinement is the component that will comprise 50% of the lesson. This will come after the warm up and fitness component which initiates the lesson.
Hobbies
Cycling, football, swimming and gaming. I like all music, but I am currently into alternative rock.
