About Chris
I’ve been teaching tennis part-time since 1979 and full-time since 1994, primarily with juniors, adults and seniors from age 3 to 93. I played tennis in middle, high school and in college on scholarship. I’ve won many tournaments over the years and I enjoy giving back to others who want to learn tennis.

Teaching Experience: 33 years

Teaching Style
Footwork is the most important skill to master in tennis. Poor footwork will result in poor play or performance no matter how good your strokes are. You can’t hit what you can’t get. Disabilities are taken into account as well. Strokes are fairly simple to learn. Hand, eye and footwork must be coordinated to function harmoniously or else your game will break down.

Hobbies
I love sports in general and listening to music.
