About Diego
Hi, my name is Diego. I’ve played tennis since I was in second grade. I was a top-20 player in my state in South America as a junior. In the U.S., I played for the Long Beach City College tennis team, and reached the doubles playoffs. I’ve taught kids on clay in South America at a club and I also volunteered at the Boys & Girls Club as tennis instructor. I have taught adult-beginners as well. I am passionate about tennis, and love to share what I know about the game with students.

Teaching Experience: 3 years

Teaching Style
My lessons include: warm-up, drills, playing tennis, analysis. I like to identify student’s strengths and make them better. I recommend physical fitness drills and emphasize the importance of the mental game. I illustrate points using current pros.

Hobbies
Soccer, triathlon, art, languages, volunteer work.
