About Eldon
Hi, I am the director of tennis at the Antelope Community Tennis Center. As a USPTA P-1 tennis professional I have extensive experience in both junior and adult tennis development. In addition to my teaching experience of more than 30 years, I have directed teacher development courses, mental toughness clinics, junior development programs and coached many top-ranked national players. I have also developed junior advanced programs for those players who want to go to college or on the tour. I have also written for various tennis publications and spoken at a few USPTA conventions. My two sons had top rankings as junior players before moving on to college and the professional tour for many years. Here are a few of my accomplishment over the years: ranked fourth in Pacific Northwest singles, ranked second in Pacific Northwest doubles, USPTA Tester of the Year for four consecutive years (Pacific Northwest Division), and gave tennis tips on Channel 10 during the U.S. Open.

I am a developmental coach. When working with players of all levels my first step is to see where they want to go, then help them to achieve those goals in three areas: mentally, physically and emotionally.
