About Evan
Hello, my name is Evan and I have been playing tennis for more than 25 years. I currently have an NTRP rating of 4.5 and am 35 years old. I compete locally with USTA leagues and ALTA leagues as well. As far as coaching, I have served as a teaching pro for a tennis and fitness club in the past. I worked with children as well as adults, beginners through intermediate and advanced. I currently have pursued officiating local junior tournaments and refereeing college matches. I have also served as a line judge for a professional women’s tournament. I would like to start coaching more seriously again and am very friendly and client-oriented. I can help with stroke development and mechanics as well as strategy and match toughness.

Teaching Experience: 2 years

Teaching Style
I am great at teaching the basics of strokes in private or group settings. I like to make sure my students are well-rounded and can execute shots consistently from all areas of the court. When taking lessons with me I like to make sure that my students are having fun, learning and getting a workout. As long as those three targets are met my lessons can be all games based or can be feeding balls and working mechanics. I love to spend time on the court!

Hobbies
I love to workout, play music with friends, go out to eat and laugh. I also enjoy traveling and trying new things.
