About Gordon
Hi, my name is Gordon. I’m British born but grew up in Barbados. I’m a Vietnam vet and a retired ER Director. I’m keeping busy teaching tennis as a USPTA Certified pro and been P2 for over 30 years.

Teaching Style
Fun. Fun. Fun. Tennis is a sport. Use what you bring to the table and maximize your ability. Correct and modify techniques but not style. Style is your personality. Initial skills assessment determines what needs to be worked on. I have a very holistic approach to sport and teaching. I believe that tennis is a sport and that one learns better when one is enjoying the game so that lessons, though structured, are made to be enjoyable.
