About Greg
Hi, my name is Greg. I have played tennis since I was 6 years old. I first learned how to play tennis from my parents at an early age. I then began taking lessons from tennis instructors who had many years of playing experience. They brought a wealth of knowledge to me as a junior, which in turn helped me learn and excel as a junior player. I was one of the top 10 junior players in Texas, and also competed in all national tennis tournaments around the country. It was an incredible experience and I hope to be able to pass on some of what I’ve learned to some of my students.

Teaching Experience: 10 years

Teaching Style
I like to tailor my lessons around my students’ goals. If they are beginners, I will tailor to the basics of tennis, how to grip the racquet, footwork involved, swing motion, etc. If they are more experienced, I will tailor the lesson around what my students currently know. This may require watching them hit to determine their level.

Hobbies
I have many other hobbies. I have a 13-year-old son, who is also into tennis, however, basketball is his favorite at this particular time. I enjoy playing and watching most sports. My music content is vast; I enjoy country to pop to rock.
