About Hector
I am a rarity in the tennis world, I am a Puerto Rican tennis player who was taught by the best coach with the utmost passion for the game. I have that same passion and I always give 100 percent to every lesson I have given and will ever give. I have been playing since I was 13 years old. I am currently at a 5.0 level and I am extremely passionate about the game. I play in USTA leagues in the area and love to compete. Let me share my passion for the game with you!

Teaching Experience: 5 years

Teaching Style
My teaching style is a mixture of old school and new school. Being taught old school myself, I have retained the information that my own coach has given me. And the new school aspect comes from tennis in the 21st century where players are getting stronger and faster. I emphasize footwork a lot in every drill because footwork is the key of becoming a better tennis player.

Hobbies
My hobbies consist of mainly sports, tennis of course being the first! I also like soccer, volleyball, swimming, surfing, snowboarding and skateboarding. I am an adrenaline junkie! I am always looking for ways to live life to its fullest.
