About Jel’von
Hi my name is Jel’von. I have been playing tennis for eight years now and I’ve played tournaments here and there. I love training and practice. It makes me feel like I can do anything and can put my strengths to the test. Besides playing tennis, I can dance really well and I’m very outgoing, which is the reason why I’m so active and flexible on the court. I love getting new students and developing them to be the best players they can be. I have experience teaching tennis to students of all ages. I typically work with beginners.
Teaching Experience: 2 years
Teaching Style
Everything is step by step. I want the player to feel at ease with the racquet and not pressured. We’ll do a workout that will engage the player and get moving. Good footwork and flexibility are essential to playing tennis and the player needs to be aware of that before picking up the racquet.
Hobbies
I play volleyball, badminton, and flag football. I listen to music almost every day so it makes me move and be active.
