About John
I am a former Wimbledon champion. With my sister Tracy Austin, we became the first brother and sister team in history to win the Wimbledon mixed doubles. I played on the ATP tour for almost six years reaching a career high ranking of no. 40 with wins over John McEnroe, Yannick Noah, Wojek Fibak and the Gullickson twins. I have a deep passion for the game and love to teach any level of student. In my coaching career, I have worked with Pete Sampras, Michael Chang, Amy Frazier, and Alexandra Stevenson.

Teaching Style
I like to work on mechanics of strokes and play. I believe in starting a lesson open, closing down to a closed environment where we work on specifics and then finishing in an open environment. I also believe it is a game of movement and getting in shape, so moving well is part of my style.
Hobbies
I love hot yoga, training and working out.
