About Joseph
Hi, my name is Joseph. I have more than 13 years of professional teaching experience in the Northern Virginia area and I compete in top USTA tournaments and leagues. I also competed internationally in Egypt as I grew up on red clay learning the heavy top spin techniques. I also won several tournaments in the Mid-Atlantic section in the open and men’s 30’s division. I coach all levels and ages from beginners to advanced. Tennis has always been my passion since an early age after playing competitive table tennis and basketball. I am very patient and always have a positive attitude. Finally, I treat my students with respect and I am always on time so I expect you to be the same.

Teaching Style
I follow theme-based drills and rally points as I break down the technique by practicing with a dead ball feed then put it into application by a live-point scenario. All students finish the session understanding the technique and know how to apply the skills in a real game scenario.
