About Mateja
Hi, my name is Mateja. I am a former collegiate player at Georgia State University. I grew up in Slovenia and moved to the United States on a tennis scholarship. I was ranked in the top 10 in women’s tennis in Slovenia. I went to the doubles semi-finals at the Women’s National Championships in 2003. I won a few Slovenian women’s tournaments and tournaments in the under-18 division. I then went to the semifinals in the ITF Tournament in Croatia in 2002 and 2003. I love coaching tennis and seeing my students’ improvement.

Teaching Style
I teach tennis players of all ages. I emphasize on the fundamentals of tennis. My lessons are simple, fun and educational. I can adjust my drills based on your level and ability.
