About Milton
Hi, my name is Milton. Currently I teach private lessons because of the competitiveness of high school tennis. I was taught tennis by my grandmother when I was growing up and I played high school and college club tennis. I attempted to turn pro overseas, but after two years of missing my family I moved back to the states and played competitively for a few more years. I started teaching after watching a dad teach his 12-year-old son the incorrect way to hold the racquet and hit a tennis ball. It’s been a great source of empowerment watching a beginner win a match for the first time. It’s about enjoying the game!

My lessons are designed to teach students how to slow down and think about shot selection and developing a game plan for winning. I teach students how to win and help people in various age groups develop as players.
