About Olivia
I am currently a student at John Carroll University trying to make money to pay for school. At school I am studying communications and hope to go onto law school, but my true love is tennis. I started playing tennis when I was 8 and haven’t stopped since. I played tennis for one of the top five high schools for tennis programs in Pittsburgh, PA. All four years that I played tennis for my school we competed on a state level and did very well. I chose not to play tennis for John Carroll’s team because I found teaching to be more fulfilling than competition. Tennis for me was an outlet to express myself and occasionally blow off some steam. I know that tennis is a lifetime sport for me and that there will never be a time in my life that I will not play tennis. Since tennis has impacted me so positively, I want to teach and share my love for the game with other players. I am not only well versed in the fundamentals of the tennis game, but I have also worked at many tennis retail stores.
So I know how to fit rackets and shoes for any athlete. I am so excited to teach and hope that I am the best pick for you!
