About Anastasia
My name is Anastasia. I am a former Division I tennis player for McNeese State University in Louisiana. I have been playing tennis for 16 years now. I taught tennis for two years before I started college and decided to continue with my passion after graduation.
Teaching Experience: 3 years
Teaching Style
For my younger players (9-17 years old), I heavily focus on technical, physical and strategic aspects of tennis: correction of grip, swing, serve technique, footwork and movement on the court, and smart point play. For my adult clients, I emphasize proper technique and consistent live ball play (a lot of free hitting).
Hobbies
I have a B.S. in business administration and enjoy all kinds of organizational work. I love outdoor activities and being in the nature.
