About Deena
I started playing tennis at seven and played for the national team back home in Mauritius. I then came to the United States and played for Millsaps College for four straight years. I made it to the NCAA individual championship two years in a row and became an All-American. I coached at a few adults and kids camps and also gave some private tennis lessons. I am very approachable, fun and friendly. I consider’s players’ input and do what they choose whether it’s playing points, doing drills or anything.

I am a well-rounded person who supports and motivates my players. I am very patient and put emphasis on good techniques to improve their games.
Hobbies
I am very active. I love hanging out with friends and family and enjoy some relaxing time at the beach or by the pool.
