About Eugene
I have been playing tennis since I was six years old. I started playing back in Ukraine and continued when I arrived in New York. My coach in the United States coached Max Mirniy, Vladimir Voltchkov, and Yevgeniy Kafelnikov and he is currently a captain of the Russian Davis Cup team. In my youth years I have also practiced with Max Mirniy and Vladimir Voltchkov and was a warm up partner for Kurnikova at one of the U.S. Opens. I attended Hofstra University on a full tennis scholarship, and at that time began to teach kids and adults of all ages.

Teaching Style
I am very versatile with whom and how I teach. All lessons are tailored to the level and age of each student. Adults require more playing and less instructions as they have a better understanding of their motor skills, and their movement. Kids need to be nurtured step by step, most important is that they need to like it and they need to learn to be disciplined.
