About Gino
Currently I am coaching at a club in Arizona. I have 13 years of experience in tennis. I am a college tennis player, so I am able to demonstrate that I can play at a high level. I am also one semester away from graduating with honors and earning my bachelor’s degree in exercise science. I chose this major in order to help with my tennis career in both coaching and playing. Below is a list of my qualifications:

Tennis coach in Glendale, AZ
May 25, 2015 – present

I help assist with the junior summer program. My responsibilities include coaching, managing the students and keeping a safe work environment. I’m the only coach that runs the city’s recreation tennis program as well. My responsibilities as the head coach include designing lessons plans, coaching, managing the students, keeping a safe work environment and maintaining a positive atmosphere for the students to grow and learn. I also helped run the Tennis Special Olympics in 2013. During the event I helped officiate, coach and manage drills and matches

Teaching Experience: 1 years

Teaching Style
My teaching style differs depending on the situation. Generally in private lessons I will work on what you would like to improve. I generally hit with you for the first ten minutes. From there I will assess the stroke you wish to improve. I will give you recommendations on how to fix the issue. I then drill by feeding balls out of the basket. I like to finish the lesson with point play where you use what you worked on in the lesson.

* Video recording can also be used if interested

Hobbies
Football, basketball, hiking, hanging out with friends
