About Matt
Hi, my name is Matt Johnson and I’m the new Agnes Scott College assistant coach. I just recently graduated college after playing four years of Division I tennis and I’ve grown up in the Atlanta area. I’ve also been one of the head coaches at Brandt Tennis Academy for the past four years.
I love the game and will always give you 100 percent!

Teaching Style
My teaching style has a heavy emphasis on the basics of tennis. I believe in simplifying the game in order to maximize opportunities thus giving my athletes the tools necessary to be successful.
The first lesson would be a general assessment to see where you stand, then from there we can establish goals and work towards them together.
