About Michael
I play at College of Dupage, I have been playing for 10 years, and have helped Tom O’ Toole of Lombard coach.

Teaching Experience: 1 years

Teaching Style
I think that court position is the most important part of tennis. I specialize in strategy. I like to focus on improving the serve, no matter what level you play at. I teach topspin, and serve and volley. Movement is also crucial, so I teach proper footwork. Like most instructors I believe in the fundamentals through playing. Playing a lot will always develop skills. A typical lesson will consist of determining stroke style issues, footwork issues, and working on a particular shot, then playing out full points. If you are really having problems with a shot, it’s not too much power, but slow down your approach so you can see where you are going wrong.

Hobbies
Hockey and alternative music
