Teaching Style
Instruction specialities I apply to every lesson is to be 100 percent present on the student’s movements. By breaking down small tweaks that can be made, then doing drills to strengthen proper muscle memory is how each lesson starts. Over the course of the lesson I request feedback on how everything feels while tailoring the lesson to you.

Hobbies
Reading is also a great way to relax. I’m into several genres, including but not limited to leadership, business, anthropology and self-assessment. Short pauses throughout the day remind me to be authentic and appreciative of all the small wins life offers.
