About Johnnie
Hi, my name is Johnnie. I have been a Professional Tour Coach for the past 20 years and had great success at all levels of the game. The knowledge accumulated has been invaluable in teaching and coaching at the “World Class” level. During my career, I have coached seven players to WTA Top #100 rankings and victories over the #1 ranked player in the world.

Teaching Style
I teach in progressions: 1) Eyes-recognize what the ball is doing. 2) Feet-react to the ball with the right footwork pattern. 3) Hands-hitting the right shot at the right time. Lessons are structured after Q and A with the student, based on what areas the student would like to improve. It is important what the student learns in the lesson, but more important that the student works on it outside of the lessons and is able to execute the learning gains under match play conditions.
