About Karen
I was born and raised in Mexico City. I started playing when I was 6 years old and since then, tennis has been my passion. It’s one of the most amazing sports, mentally and physically speaking. I played tournaments all over México. I won a trip to play at the John Newcombe Tennis Ranch in Houston TX where I beat México’s number 2 when I was 15 years old. I hurt my knee, had surgery, and couldn’t return to professional tournaments but played and taught small groups and individually for 5 years. I moved to US in 2000. I hope to get the opportunity to teach and share great experiences with many people that love tennis as well.

Teaching Style
I specialize in form, specifically hitting the ball with correct form. Designing practice drills and games. Exercises to build speed and reaction. I also customize my lessons around the customer’s needs. Hispanic community is bienvenido. Fun Fun Fun !!!
