About Lex
My name is Lex. I am currently in my first year of dental school. I have been playing tennis since the age of seven. I had private lessons from the age of ten until graduation from high school. I played national USTA tournaments and have held top rankings (#1 in Louisiana, top 50 in the Southern Section, and top 500 in the nation) throughout my junior career. I represented the US at the Junior Olympics in Holland, Europe at the age of fourteen and won the bronze medal in singles in the 15-18 yr old division. After graduating from high school, I received an athletic scholarship at Alabama State University and lettered in tennis all 4 years. I graduated May 2013 and began dental school in July.

Teaching Style
I tend to focus more on the weaknesses of the players I am working with. For example, if a player is struggling with their backhand, I will do drills with them to improve their backhand.
