Hello, my name is Matthew and I have been playing tennis for 10 years. I have played competitively in high school and college and have taught tennis for youth groups (10-18 years old) for 8 years now. I have also worked as a private trainer/nutritionist to complement my training instruction to maximize result whether it be for performance or weight loss.
