About Michael
Hi, my name is Kevin. I was a ranked junior and high school tennis player. I have played some World Team Tennis and USTA league tennis. I have trained my son and he is the the number 2 ranked high school tennis player for his school. He has a singles and doubles ranking in USTA mid atlantic. I have been a captain of 2 junior tennis teams. I have coached the Rockville High School varsity tennis team for 2 years.

Teaching Style
Depending on the age group I could change my teaching style. I like to have a good rapport with my students. I want my students to trust me and like me and so during a lesson they will listen to me. My teaching style emphasizes footwork and smart tennis. I start my my lessons working on footwork drills and then once warmed up, I will run drills that focus on fundamentals.
Hobbies
my other hobbies are enjoying working in my yard and playing softball.
