About Sam
Hi, my name is Sam and I’m originally from Kansas City. I was consistently ranked top 20 in the country in juniors and won National Open in 2007. I played in the top 6 all four years at Notre Dame, including 3 my senior year and was ranked as high as 75 in the country during my time there. I now live in LA to take a position in finance for a healthcare firm

Teaching Style
I like to focus on the technical aspect of the game. In particular, I am adept at evaluating ground strokes and believe it should be the primary focus of any player at any level. I like to do a lot of live-ball drilling including cross courts and movement drills. I’m also a firm believer in competition and am willing to play sets to simulate match situations.
Hobbies
I like playing all sports and spend my spare time doing as many outdoor activities as possible.
