SI Sportsman of the year Serena Williams has been taking it easy the past few months after jettisoning the remaining WTA season for some vacation. Looks like she is still isn’t quite ready to get back to work.
At the Serena Williams Live Ultimate Run 5K in Miami Beach Serena hailed a taxi to finish the race. On her Facebook page she said in a video, “I didn’t run the whole way this year, but next year I will.”

Sure, we’ve all wanted to stop in the middle of running before but I’m not a professional athlete nor do I have my own charity runs. Needless to say, that’s pretty weak.
