The Tennis Player’s Guide to Easter

For those who celebrate the holiday, Easter is a commemoration of renewal and rebirth. So this Sunday, instead of gorging yourself on marzipan eggs and Marshmallow Peeps, do something that will give you renewed energy toward a healthier, more active and tennis-centric lifestyle. We’ve planned the tennis player’s perfect Easter, complete with a special goodie basket, a cute craft, a healthy breakfast and an Easter egg scavenger hunt that will get you in tennis shape. Check out our guide and enjoy your Easter weekend!

The Tennis Player’s Perfect Easter Egg Hunt

Get your workout in while you hunt for eggs!

Instead of filling Easter eggs with candy, put strips of paper inside them. Write different exercises on each strip of paper so that the hunt turns into a full-blown workout.

Write these exercises on your strips of paper to maximize your tennis workout:

  • Five burpees
  • Five push ups to star
  • 10 medicine ball slams
  • 10 Plyometric lunges
