Venus Williams went into her third round match against Belinda Bencic with already almost 5 hours on the singles court this tournament. But you would have never guessed this by the way that she played. She served 5 aces, won 69% of her first serve points, and smashed 31 winners both left and right. Bencic could barely get her shots back into the court. It was all Venus all match.

Bencic faced Venus in her first ever main draw WTA match in 2012. The two met each other two times after that before their match today. Venus is now 4-0 against the rising star: a better head-to-head stat, interestingly enough, than her sister Serena.
Venus is into the fourth round and still on track to meet Serena in the quarterfinals.
