MyTennisLessons Coach Volunteers for Lacoste #ServeChicago

MyTennisLessons coach Lendale J. recently volunteered for Chicago’s “Day of Play” community event, a free tennis clinic hosted by Lacoste.

The clinic invited children of all ages to participate in tennis games, drills and activities with players and pros from the XS Tennis and Education Foundation, a program that provides athletic and academic opportunities to Chicago’s disadvantaged youth.

More than 300 children attended the clinic in Grant Park, where in addition to court time, kids enjoyed popcorn, ice cream and music.

A limited edition T-shirt designed by renowned artist Hebru Brantley was available for sale, and a portion of the proceeds went toward funding for XS Tennis.

If you’re in the Chicago area and wish to volunteer with the foundation, visit XSTennis.org.
