About Yolanda
I have been playing tennis for ten years and have been teaching the game for four. I was an instructor at a local recreational camp for three years, served as an assistant coach for New England USTA 12-and-under and 14-and-under teams for three years and also helped coach local high schools. I am currently enrolled at Southern New Hampshire University playing my third year of Div. II tennis.
Teaching Experience: 4 years
Teaching Style
I focus on fundamentals first and consistency second. Match play is third. To me consistency is the most important aspect of the game. Depending on the level of player, I will drill or hit with him or her. I then concentrate on fixing errors and finish with match play.
Hobbies
I enjoy basketball and volleyball. I’m also a fan of agricultural interests.
