About Alexis
I am a tennis instructor at Saddlebrook in Wesley Chapel, FL. I have been teaching for two years now. I teach a variety of players from beginners to advanced.

Teaching Experience: 4 years

Teaching Style
I work a lot with great dynamic warm-ups to improve the athletic ability of my players. My warm-ups are structured to improve the mobility and agility of my players. I am very passionate about my players, such as keeping up their technique and helping them maintain great cardiovascular movement constantly on the court. I keep my mind set on their footwork all the way up to their strokes. If strokes are not up to par I will spend as much time improving strokes and ending my lessons with information in my players’ mind about what they need to work on stroke wise and agility wise. I structure my lesson with lots of dynamic movements that players can do on court and off, and then I lead those movements into shots and ways they can put it into play on the court in game mode.

Hobbies
I swim in the summer to keep in shape and I am starting to pick up kick-boxing and boxing. I am a workout fanatic in the gym constantly.
