About Gustavo
I grew up playing in the South American clay, and then moved to the US on a tennis scholarship to go to college. As a junior I was ranked in the top 20 in the country, and I’m college I made the top 15 in singles and top 50 in doubles. After graduating college I got married and now have a beautiful daughter, a dog, and a cat.
Teaching Experience: 4 years
Teaching Style
I like to emphasize on the mental part of the game, and practicing point-like situations. The goal is to transfer what we do in practice into our matches, so why would we practice hitting 10 overheads in a row?
Hobbies
I enjoy traveling and exposing myself to new things, meeting new people, and trying exotic foods.
