About Ken
Hi, my name is Ken and I am a USPTA certified tennis coach. I coach for two local schools and have been giving private lessons in northern New Jersey area for the last ten years. My coaching is based on the principles I learned from my own private coaches. I took lessons from many famous coaches, including coach Scott McGrath who was ranked number one junior tennis player in the United States in the 90’s. I also incorporate the drills that I find most helpful from professional tennis players. I enjoy working with players of all ages and levels. My specialties include modern strokes, foot work, power serve, developing mental toughness, as well as addressing players’ specific challenges. After each session, I want my athlete to feel an immediate, concrete improvement in his or her game.
